Party Time

In preschool they celebrate the children's birthdays.And since Lilly's is in the summer they celebrated it a few weeks ago. I asked Lilly what she wanted to take for her birthday treats and she found this recipe in this fairy cookbook from the Library. They are pretty much peanut butter cups in the shape of lady bugs. I made some for us since they were so good and honestly i think i may have eaten more than half! So good! And Lilly had to tell all her class mates she helped make them of course!

Birthday

A few days ago I turned 25 years old. And since my hubby had the day before it off we had our little date night then. We went out to eat but we were done in like a half an hour. So we wandered around town figuring out what to do next and wandered up to Carhenge. If you have never heard of it before its just that -- Stonehenge but with cars. It was kind of interesting seeing what Alliance is known for.Then for my actual birthday Aaron sent me flowers. So pretty! What a guy! And for dinner we had pizza and to top it off a Oreo Blizzard cake from Dairy Queen. Not having to cook was a gift in itself!

Preschool Fun Here We Come!

Lilly went to here first day of preschool last week and had a blast! She is only is doing two days a week so every other day she asks if she's going to preschool today. Oh and don't be fooled by the sad face. She has nothing but smiles for school! She's just a ham!

Car Wash

We have been having issues ever since we rolled into Alliance about finding a car wash, which is one of Lilly's favorite things. So we decided to was our car ourselves.Ivy loved the bubbles and Lilly was such a good helper! It was nice to cool off from the heat too!

What a Zoo!

A few weekends ago we went to the zoo in Scott's Bluff. It was really fun! They had alot of different animals, a play park, and a splash park. It was a little over Ivy's head but Lilly loved it!
